I like the rotating tagline idea, even if it only rotates among a few. I loved the "ostentatiously faithful" line, but recognized that not everyone would catch the ironic humor. I think that would produce all kinds of interesting tag lines. Then after a year, have people vote on their favorite. Random taglines, survival of the fittest. I'm sure that would produce something much more interesting and fitting than any kind of so-called "intelligent design" approach of simply writing your own.
