I really liked this book. I could relate to her being able to feel the changes in her heart. I can feel those changes also, feel it get harder or softer. I liked her ideas and was interested to doing the experiment myself. I just needed others to share ideas with. Thanks for doing that.

I thought about starting this review with something like "Here is my review: Go read the book!" It's amazing how such simple concepts can have such a potential for impact! I'm looking forward to the experiment and related discussions as well!

As anyone who knows me already knows, this book like beyond rocked my socks. The idea is so simple, but astoundingly dramatic in its effectiveness. It has changed my outlook on and response to so many many things. It is so good--for me, for my husband and kids, and for anyone and everyone with whom I cross paths. Just read it. You will be so glad. I'd like to offer some kind of guarantee on that, but I have not idea what to offer. So, whatever a guarantee would persuade you to grab a copy and read it, within reason, consider it proffered, and go read already!

Enjoyed this one. It really made me more aware of the openness (or lack thereof) of my heart. I loved the very direct, personal writing style. Thanks for bringing it up here!
